May your kitchens stay clean (or as clean as possible), your family get along, your foodstuffs be delicious, and your evening cozy and warm!
Today I wanted to share some fun things - because, well, fun is good, right? Free entertainment for any littles running around (or, you know, for yourself ;) ). All you need to supply is some coloring implements and the printed pages.
Because entertainment while things are cooking is important (or so I've been informed).
First, the obvious, Thanksgiving-themed coloring pages from Crayola. There's bingo, there's place settings, there's search-and-find images, there's word searches. This one source could supply you for as long as your attention held...I mean, uh, the littles' attention...yeah...
Second, a mad-lib. Because, well, I'm all about the lulz. Mad-libs are fun. While this isn't coloring, still definitely worth a look!
Third, an "I'm Thankful For" placemat coloring page. It may not go with your table setting (or it could!), but it would be at least something to do and then stash away as a keepsake of sorts!
Fourth, an adorable turkey to color, that also asks what you are thankful for. That little turkey is so cute. Seriously.
Fifth, a Project Life card download that says "thankful" that has plenty of room on to scribble (with, you know, what you're thankful for). I printed some of these out last year, had the Mister and I write down things we are thankful for on the back, and put them in my album (though he did not enjoy the project as much as I did).
And lastly, one of those adult coloring pages, but of a very intricate turkey. There is also, on the same page, a mandala of leaves, if that's more your style.

Colored this in on Wednesday - was actually quite fun! :D |
And of course, Happy Thanksgiving! :D
